These terms apply to services provided by AussnestWA Pty Ltd (ABN 79 701 269 829, ACN 701 269 829) (“AussnestWA”, “we”, “us”). By booking an assessment you agree to them.
We assess the security of your home network, Wi-Fi, router and connected devices and provide a written report with findings and recommendations. Higher tiers may include authorised penetration testing performed only with your signed consent and within an agreed scope.
You confirm that you own, or are authorised to permit testing of, the network and devices we assess. Any penetration testing is conducted strictly within the scope you authorise in writing.
Our report identifies issues we found and recommends actions. Deciding whether and when to act on those recommendations is your responsibility. Security is never absolute — an assessment reflects your systems at a point in time and cannot guarantee that no vulnerability exists or will arise later.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your decision not to implement, or to delay implementing, our recommendations, or from vulnerabilities, breaches or incidents outside the agreed scope of our assessment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights and guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded; where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (where the law allows) to resupplying the service or the cost of doing so.
Fees are as quoted at the time of booking and are payable as invoiced. Prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of Western Australia.
